This page explains how to pay for a Polygon.FM subscription, how your payment details are protected and how to manage auto-payment. The full subscription terms are in the public Offer.

Payment methods

The subscription is paid by bank card. On the checkout page, choose the suitable option:

  • Russian card — cards of Russian banks of the Mir, Visa and Mastercard payment systems. The main method: the payment goes through the CloudPayments payment service (CloudPayments LLC, TIN 7708806062); the subscription renews automatically.
  • Russian card — backup method — the same cards of Russian banks, but the payment goes through the Prodamus payment service. This method is for the case when payment by the main method is temporarily not working; the subscription also renews automatically. Payment on the page polygonfm.payform.ru is accepted by Prodamus LLC (TIN 1215156909) in favour of “POLYGON. CONCERT AGENCY” LLC. When paying through Prodamus, the following also apply: its user agreement and privacy policy.
  • Foreign bank card — cards of banks in other countries. The payment is one-time, through the same Prodamus service: the subscription is valid for the paid term (30 or 365 days) and does not renew automatically; no more money is charged.

When paying with a card from a Russian bank, prices are stated in rubles (month — 100 ₽, year — 1000 ₽), and the charge is made in rubles. If the card is issued in another currency, the bank will convert the amount at its own rate and may charge its own fee. When paying with a foreign bank card, prices are stated in US dollars (30 days — $1, 365 days — $10), and exactly this amount is charged; if the card is issued in another currency, the bank that issued the card will convert the amount at its own rate and may charge its own fee (for Belarusian cards the payment is made in Belarusian rubles at the equivalent amount). We do not charge any payment fees.

How payment works

  1. Choose a plan — monthly or yearly — and a payment method.
  2. Confirm your agreement with the Offer and click “Proceed to payment”.
  3. The CloudPayments payment form or the Prodamus page will open. Enter the card number, its expiry date and the CVC/CVV code there.
  4. If the bank that issued the card uses 3-D Secure technology (Mir Accept, Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check), it will ask you to confirm the payment — with a code from an SMS or in the bank’s app. The confirmation procedure is determined by the bank.
  5. After successful payment, premium access opens immediately, and an electronic cash receipt is sent to your email.

Payment security

  • You enter your card details not on our website but on the payment service’s secure page. We do not receive or store the full card number or the CVC/CVV code.
  • Payment services and their partner banks process card data in line with the PCI DSS international security standard and payment system rules. Data is transmitted in encrypted form over TLS (HTTPS) and then over closed banking networks.
  • For auto-renewal when paying with a Russian card, CloudPayments gives us a token — an encrypted card identifier by which only CloudPayments can make a charge. Along with the token we store the card type, the last four digits of the number and the expiry date, so that you can see which card is linked. When paying through Prodamus, the auto-renewal data is stored by Prodamus. With a one-time payment by a foreign bank card, auto-renewal is not enabled, and the card details are not stored for repeat charges.
  • We process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy.

Auto-payment

A subscription paid by a card from a Russian bank renews automatically. At the end of each paid period, the price of the next period is charged to the same card — the amount stated at checkout:

  • monthly plan — 100 ₽ once a month (when paying through Prodamus — once every 30 days);
  • annual plan — 1000 ₽ once a year (when paying through Prodamus — once every 365 days).

The date of the next charge is shown in the subscriptions section of your account. Before each charge we send a reminder by email; if you paid through Prodamus, the reminder is sent by Prodamus. The price of the current subscription does not change while it keeps renewing.

If a trial or promotional period is stated on the checkout page, its terms, amount and the date of the first charge are shown there. When such a period ends, the subscription renews at the plan price unless you have turned off auto-payment.

How to turn off auto-payment

  • In the subscriptions section of your account, click the “Cancel auto-payment” button.
  • If you paid through Prodamus, you can also follow the turn-off link in the email from Prodamus.
  • Or write to us at info@polygon.fm from the email address given in the account.

After you turn it off there will be no new charges, and premium access will remain until the end of the paid period. Auto-payment cannot be turned back on for the same subscription — to continue, set up a new subscription. If money is still charged after you turn it off, we will refund it in full.

Paying with a foreign bank card: no auto-renewal

A subscription paid by a foreign bank card is one-time: it is valid for 30 or 365 days from the moment of payment and does not renew by itself; there are no automatic charges. 3 days before it ends we will send an email and show a reminder on the site — you can extend it for 30 or 365 days in one click. If you extend the subscription before it ends, the new term starts from the end date of the current one. If you do not extend it, the subscription ends and your account moves to the free plan — the free channel remains available.

Price — 1 US dollar for 30 days or 10 US dollars for 365 days; the minimum payment by a foreign bank card is 1 dollar. Debit and credit cards of Visa and Mastercard from banks in most countries of the world are accepted, except Russia, Ukraine, the Republic of Belarus (for Belarusian cards there is a separate method — in Belarusian rubles), Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Venezuela, Vietnam, Haiti, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Cameroon, Kenya, Mali, Monaco, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Senegal, Syria, Tanzania, the Philippines, Croatia, South Africa and South Sudan. The list is determined by the payment service and may change; in addition, the bank that issued the card may itself forbid such payments. If your card does not work, choose another payment method or write to us at info@polygon.fm.

If a charge fails

If the card has insufficient funds or has expired, the payment service may retry within several days. Until payment goes through, premium access may be suspended. If payment still fails, the subscription ends — with no debts or penalties. You can resume it by setting it up again.

Refunds

You can cancel the subscription at any time and get a refund for the unused days of the paid period. Write to info@polygon.fm and state the account’s email. We will process the refund within 10 days and return the money to the card you paid with, through the same payment service. How long it takes to be credited depends on your bank. How the amount is calculated and in which cases the money is refunded in full is described in section 7 of the Offer.

Cash receipts

For every payment and refund you receive an electronic cash receipt in accordance with Federal Law No. 54-FZ — to the email or phone number given at payment. When paying with a foreign bank card, the receipt is issued under the payment service’s rules; if it has not arrived, write to info@polygon.fm.
